Mr. Holmberg works on a project-by-project basis providing Project Management services for Contractors, Architects and Privat Clients.
Mr. Holmberg provides a compliment of education, expertise and experience that few can match. Mr. Holmberg is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer with dual degree options in Contruction Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Mr. Holmberg has 21 years of diverse experience as a Construction Manager of commercial, industrial, institutional and retail construction; government contracting; and environmental related construction.
Mr. Holmberg is a Registered Professional Construction Cost Estimator, one of only a few in the state of Minnesota with this designation. Mr. Holmberg is also past President of the American Society of Professional Estimators, MN chapter.
Mr. Holmberg is an MBA graduate from St. Thomas University and has completed more than 1000 hours of post-degree construction related continuing education.
Mr. Holmberg's services range from preliminary budgeting and planning to serving as an Owners Authorized Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate an entire project from conceptual design through construction. Mr. Holmberg is noted for his in-depth construction management skills and ability to manage fast-paced, complex projects under tight deadlines. Mr. Holmberg has personally managed the design and construction of projects totaling more than $100 million in the Twin Cities area.
Mr. Holmberg is often requested to assist A/E teams during the preconstruction phase providing services consisting of project scheduling, value engineering analysis, systems design recommendations and project cost estimating including development costs and construction costs.
